Kelly Crouch

Kelly Crouch is the Policy Manager at the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders (NAAHL), where they support advocacy to advance affordable housing supply and equitable community development. Kelly comes to NAAHL with experience working on the Hill and at the Coalition for Homelessness and Housing in Ohio (COHHIO), the Ohio Environmental Council (OEC), and the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). Kelly began their career in community development, first at the Clinton County Regional Planning Commission and later with the Model Group, a Cincinnati-based Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developer.
Kelly holds a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Arts from Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York, and a Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati.
