Sarah Brundage (She/Her)

PRESIDENT / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Sarah Brundage is the President and CEO of the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders (NAAHL).

Sarah served as the Senior Advisor for Housing Supply and Infrastructure in the Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). She also previously served as General Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations at HUD. Sarah led the Department’s efforts to enhance HUD programs that increase the production and supply of housing, including the execution of the Administration’s Housing Supply Action Plan. Sarah played a lead role in the implementation of the Interagency Taskforce on Property Appraisal and Valuation Equity (PAVE) Action Plan. She also served as a senior policy advisor on the White House Domestic Policy Council.

Prior to HUD, Sarah was the Senior Policy Director at Enterprise Community Partners, where she co-led the national ACTION Campaign to strengthen and expand the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. She also led Enterprise’s state and local policy work in California and previously worked at the National Low Income Housing Coalition.

Sarah holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida and a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.

Cherri Sinclair (She/Her)

COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Cherri Sinclair is the Communications Director at the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders (NAAHL).

Cherri was a Senior Account Executive at Octane Public Relations & Advertising where she managed and implemented strategic communications and social marketing campaigns. Prior to Octane, Cherri worked in crisis communications at Levick, LLC, conducting media outreach and producing social media content. She was also responsible for executing corporate social responsibility programs, events, and grassroots initiatives for clients.

Cherri holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from SUNY Binghamton and a Master of Arts in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Howard University.

Christina Sin (She/Her)

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Christina Sin serves as the Operations Director at the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders (NAAHL).

Prior to NAAHL, Christina held senior roles at The ONE Campaign, where she led global operations and major gifts initiatives. Christina brings substantial experience in fundraising and development, having managed multi-million-dollar portfolios and successfully driven fundraising campaigns at organizations such as the National Low Income Housing Coalition (NLIHC) and Canary. Christina also has experience in private event planning.

Christina holds a dual degree from The George Washington University, earning a Master of Arts in American Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs & Women’s Studies.

Kelly Crouch (They/Them)

POLICY MANAGER

Kelly Crouch is the Policy Manager at the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders (NAAHL), where they support advocacy to advance affordable housing supply and equitable community development. Kelly comes to NAAHL with experience working on the Hill and at the Coalition for Homelessness and Housing in Ohio (COHHIO), the Ohio Environmental Council (OEC), and the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA). Kelly began their career in community development, first at the Clinton County Regional Planning Commission and later with the Model Group, a Cincinnati-based Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) developer.

Kelly holds a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Arts from Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York, and a Bachelor of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati.
