Unlocking Housing Supply and Homeownership Through the Neighborhood Homes Investment Act

A shortage of millions of single-family homes and rising housing costs have pushed homeownership out of reach for many first-time buyers, and as the existing housing stock ages, many lower income homeowners cannot afford to finance critically needed repairs.

Join the Neighborhood Homes Coalition for a webinar exploring how the bipartisan Neighborhood Homes Investment Act would boost the supply of affordable homes and increase homeownership in communities that need it most.

With momentum building on Capitol Hill, now is the time to learn how this legislation works and how you can help move it forward.

The Neighborhood Homes Coalition is a national advocacy group of more than 40 national organizations, including housing and community development nonprofits, financial institutions, and related trade associations – all supporting enactment of the Neighborhood Homes Investment Act. The coalition is co-chaired by the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders (NAAHL), the National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST), and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC).
