NAAHL Announces Two Senior Leadership Team Members
WASHINGTON, D.C.–The National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders (NAAHL) today announced the addition of two senior leaders to its team: Ayrianne Parks, who joins as Deputy Director, and Meaghan Lynch Collins, who joins as Senior Director of Communications. The hires reflect NAAHL’s commitment to expanding its capacity to serve members and advance solutions to the nation’s affordable housing crisis.

Ayrianne Parks, Deputy Director
Ayriannejoins NAAHL from Enterprise Community Partners, where she served as Senior Director of Policy Advocacy and led the organization's tax policy team — covering the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, New Markets Tax Credit, Neighborhood Homes Investment Act, and Opportunity Zones. She also served as co-chair of the ACTION Campaign, the national coalition of more than 2,400 organizations working to expand and strengthen the Housing Credit. In addition to tax policy, Ayrianne has advised on CDFI and insurance policy.
Prior to Enterprise, Ayrianne served as Director of Policy and Public Affairs at Rapoza Associates, a public interest lobbying firm focused on community and economic development, and other strategic communications and advocacy roles. Ayrianne holds a bachelor's degree in political science and Spanish from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
Meaghan Lynch Collins, Senior Director of Communications
Meaghan brings to NAAHL senior experience with housing and policy communications. Most recently, Meaghan served as Head of Federal Affairs at Airbnb, Inc., where she helped lead the company's national housing policy strategy.
Meaghan previously served as Press Secretary at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, where she was the principal spokesperson and aide to the HUD Secretary and worked with national outlets including the New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, POLITICO, HousingWire, and MSNBC. She is a seasoned Capitol Hill veteran, having served as Deputy Communications Director, Press Secretary, and Counsel in Senate and House offices.
Meaghan is a graduate of North Carolina State University and Howard University School of Law, and has been recognized in Washingtonian magazine, the News & Observer, and on Lawyers of Color's "Dynamic Hill Staffers" list. She is also a recipient of the National Action Network's Action & Authority Award.
