Predatory Lending
NAAHL, the only association devoted to supporting private investment in low-and moderate-income communities, is committed to finding practical solutions to predatory lending. We have issued two reports summarizing conferences that brought together experts from the banking industry, the non-profit sector, and the Federal government to discuss best practices in qualifying and lending to homebuyers who have little cash to bring to the table, and other practical solutions to predatory lending problems.
