Housing and Community Development Industry Leaders Convened at 2025 NAAHL Conference
On November 5, the National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders (NAAHL) brought together practitioners, policymakers, and partners for a sold-out conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. to discuss innovations and investments in affordable housing and community development.
The conference included a full day of panel discussions, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities. A year after the 2024 election that reshaped American politics, the 2025 conference offered a critical convening for NAAHL members and partners on the future of affordable housing policy.

Congresswoman Young Kim (R-CA) joined the conference to speak about her leadership in support of the CDFI Fund and support for the Community Investment and Prosperity Act.
The Honorable Rodney E. Hood and Nikki Holsopple (JPMorgan Chase & Co.) opened the NAAHL/CAHL 2025 Policy & Practice Conference.
